• Install all types of stairs proficiently
  
• Installs border - Construct seams/hot melt - direct glue
  
• Practices the importance of communication and teamwork
  
• Possess the ability to read blueprints and understand roll sequence
  
• Identify backings of carpet (12)
  
• Identify the cushion and correct application
  
• Site conditions - must be proficient concerning moisture, alkalinity, correction of bow-skew-pattern elongation.
